The weird sisters, hand in hand,
Posters of the sea and land,
Thus do go about, about:
Thrice to thine and thrice to mine
And thrice again, to make up nine.
Peace! the charm’s wound up.

Wonderful Days

No responses yet – published on Jan, 30 2008 at 14:00 under Hobby, Sport, Study.

Finally I can say that I have reached the state where I am very happy that holidays are coming. After four exams of which at least one was absolutely horrible that is no wonder. After the holidays nevertheless four exams more have to be written. :-( Why not let me drink a bottle of poison. That would be much more bearable than so many exams. But well, I don’t want to be pessimistic. Everything could be worse (something I always say if the world turns upside down). :D

At least the weekend was very pleasant. Marina, Tamara, Alex and I helped at the Nordic Combined World Cup in Seefeld as I told before. It was really nice, no stress at all. ;) We had enough time to watch the competition after our work was done. This weekend I also had the possibility to watch once again “Labyrinth”. How I love this movie. I don’t have the words to tell. *sigh*

Hmm, what have I to do the remaining week? Well, on Friday is the first of February and I will start with my work for STI Innsbruck. I also must revise my selective-repeat protocol. Hopefully it will work with routing in the end. And there are a lot of Serpentshrine Cavern, Karazhan and Zul’Aman raids. I am not sure to attend in all, but at least two would be nice. *hihi*

To finish this post with more enthusiasm than it was started, here come two funny videos I have recently found on YouTube. They are from the anime “Prince of Tennis”. Have fun and see you soon. ;)

Labyrinth

Today I want to show you some wonderful videos from the film “Labyrinth” (1986) with David Bowie and Jennifer Connelly. It’s one of my favourite films (as one might have already seen when looking at my site ;) ). The scenery is so wonderful but also macabre, all at the same time. Especially this could be seen at the ball room scene, that was built and coordinated by Gates McFadden (known from Star Trek: Next Generation as Dr. Beverly Crusher). Fantastic! I really recommend the soundtrack to this wonderful film. I always want to stand up and dance. ;)

The video includes all songs of David Bowie. Please enjoy it, it’s great!

I also want to show you the title song of the movie. It’s called “Underground” and was composed by David Bowie. But when I am seeing this video I must say that he is just looking good in his Jareth costume. :P *hihi* Nevertheless, here comes “Underground”.
